The dates shown are the earliest publicly documented milestones found for each project. They represent licensing, construction, public documentation, or active use—not an assumed completion year where no official completion date is available.

2017–2022 Development documented; in use by 2022

Bandong Tower

Bandong Tower was publicly identified in December 2017 as a 31-storey warehouse-and-residential project in San Nicolas, Manila, near Binondo, with construction progress shown in April 2018. Meralco named the tower in a November 2021 service advisory, and an IPOPHL filing dated April 2, 2022 used 366 Barraca Street, Bandong Tower as a business address, supporting that the building was in use by then.

2017–2021 Licensing through documented construction

Banhao Tower

Banhao Tower appears in the DHSUD project list under License to Sell No. 32474; a current commercial listing reports that the license was issued on October 18, 2017. The 40-storey project was publicly documented as under construction in March 2019, and a project inspection record documents building-services inspections through 2021. A current commercial listing describes the building as ready for occupancy, but no authoritative completion date was found.

2018–2023 Public scoping through Peninsular City’s 2023 opening

Imperial Plaza

DENR–EMB scheduled public scoping for South Cove Inc.’s Imperial Plaza Building on September 19, 2018. A project engineer’s public profile documents work on Imperial Plaza Residences from January 2019 to July 2021. Peninsular City’s official site dates its opening to 2023 and names Imperial Plaza among its three major projects. A current commercial listing describes the building as ready for occupancy, but no authoritative completion date was found.

2019–Present Licensed in 2019; listed as ready for occupancy

Skybliss Tower

Licensed as Skybliss Tower 1

The official license database records License to Sell No. HL 34625 for Skybliss Tower 1 as issued on June 28, 2019. It does not provide a completion date. The linked current commercial property listing describes the 20-storey mixed-use condominium as ready for occupancy.

2019–Present Pile-foundation contract to structural milestone

Manila Bay South Shore

Public records identify the project as Marina Bay South Shore

CSCEC records show that the pile-foundation contract was signed in 2019. After a two-month pandemic shutdown, construction resumed on May 21, 2020. In September 2025, CSCEC reported that the five-tower project’s main and secondary structural works were complete, while mechanical and electrical installation was continuing.
